Returns & Exchanges

RETURNS

We accept returns/exchanges within 14 days from after the reception of your order. Unfortunately, we are not able to offer free returns, the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost for the exchange and / or return. 

SALE ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED.

Any returns must be shipped/postmarked within 14 days of being received. Returned goods should not have been used and need to be returned in a resellable condition with garment labels and hang tags attached. For bikini bottoms and one pieces, the hygiene sticker must remain attached at all times, otherwise returns will not be accepted. Once received, please try your new swimwear over your underwear to check the fit.

Returning your purchase

To make a return please follow the steps below: 

  • Register your return: Send an email to info@xtc-studios.com with your order number, what items you'll be returning and the reason for your return. We'll respond back, usually within 1-4 business days and then proceed to the next step
  • Prepare your package: Seal it securely with tape.
  • Send it back to us: 
    • Greece: Remove the original shipping label from the box and drop it off at your nearest Courier Service Point. Send us an email for further information.
    • Rest of the World: Ship your parcel back to the address provided in the email we’re going to send you. We recommend you send your parcel back via trackable mail as we are not liable for returns lost in transit.


EXCHANGES

We offer exchanges for different sizes, colors or styles of the same value. All exchanges are based on stock availability. Depending on your location, the exchange process is the following:

  • Greece: Send an email to info@xtc-studios.com with your order number, what item(s) you want to exchange and the new item(s) you want to receive. Place the items you want to exchange in the original box or similar and seal it securely with tape. Drop it off to your nearest Geniki Taxydromiki store and once we recieve the package, we'll send you the new one.
  • Rest of the world: Return the item(s) back to us following the procedure described in our return policy. You will receive a discount code via email, equal to the value of the return item(s). You can use the discount code to place a new order. Shipping costs of the replacement item is the customer's responsibility. The discount code is sent out as soon as your return is processed and approved.  


REFUNDS

Upon receiving the returned item(s), we inspect the goods prior to processing the refund. Once inspection is passed, returns are refunded in the original form of payment excluding the initial shipping cost. Outside the EU, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable
